New concept of solutions dedicated for cutting room at Texprocess

Upholstered furniture manufacturers are surrounded by complicated processes that need to be and can be simplified through advanced technologies. With this in mind, the company Allcomp Polska, a Polish cutting room equipment manufacturer, introduces new solutions to the market: a multi-layer fabric cutting platform, the Unicut One.5, and the Aero automatic spreader, the world premiere of which is to take place during Texprocess.

“We believe modern technologies are there for people, and should foremost serve them – bring savings on work time and financial resources, operating comfort, safety and ease of maintenance”, says Grzegorz Żupa, a manufacturing optimisation specialist at Allcomp Polska.

According to Allcomp, the new line is not the result of revolution, but of evolution of present solutions. For years, the company collected customer remarks, and presently, based on its rich experience and new technological abilities, it is able to implement them, additionally providing the machines with all new designs.

“We are entering a process of change towards absolute simplicity and complete usability of human-friendly technology, and this is no simple undertaking, and thus, the year 2015 shall not only be a period of improvement of the solutions offered by us at present, but also the beginning of an evolution towards global information exchange technologies and absolute cutting room work simplicity.”

This year, the company will showcase new solutions: the one.5 cutter and the Aero automatic spreader. According to available knowledge, it is the first Polish-made automatic spreader. The world premiere of the range shall take place during Texprocess.
